An unexpected network error occurred. We bought these computer used. We have 4 other computer with the same problem. The Time files are missing. Only when trying to update time. The computer clocks run fine and can be manually set, we just can't update the time using the automatic internet time update feature. These computers are used on a network in an income tax business where the correct time is important between the computers on the network which share programs and connect to distant national servers.

Correct time on our system is very important as system updates, reminders, etc. Usually, Windows Time Service starts automatically with Windows startup, but it may stop doing so because of some error or glitch. The Services window will open up. Then scroll down the list of services till we find Windows Time service and double-click on it.
