Hi there, A friend of mine recently had the same problem. Turns out the program for some reason had a shortcut in the startup folder and was starting with the computer for no reason. To check this, go to "My computer" and click on your C: drive, then "Documents and Settings" then he went to "All Users" which should be on every computer.
Then go to the "start menu" folder and then into the "programs" folder. In here there is a folder called "Startup". This is here in case you want to start a program automatically when the computer starts. For example, if you want itunes to always automatically start when you boot up your computer, then you can put a shortcut for itunes into the "startup" folder and it will do that action.
If so, delete the shortcut. This program does not need to run so you can delete the shortcut in the startup folder and it should get rid of the problem.
